Molly is a certified acupuncturist through the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine where she studied acupuncture, Chinese herbs, shiatsu therapy, Qigong. Under the tutelage of renowned teachers such as Susan Hare, shiatsu therapist, Guohui Liu, acupuncturist and herbalist, and Liu He, Qigong master, she developed into a professional acupuncturist as well as a lifelong student of medicine. As her formal education came to a conclusion she volunteered with the Pan African Acupuncture Project during the summer of 2008 in rural Kenya to support health care professionals with acupuncture skill development and teach a morning Qigong session. Upon returning to Portland, Ore. she established a successful acupuncture practice in the heart of quaint Belmont district along side the Tao of Tea restaurant and leaf room.

Molly is a board member of the American Apitherapy Society, a member of Pain Society of Oregon, Oregon College of Oriental Medicine Alumni Association, and Oregon Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (OAAOM). She utilizes MeiZen Facial Acupuncture and the Santa Fe Eye Protocol to enhance the lives of others.

Along with being an acupuncturist Molly is an urban beekeeping instructor, wife, Qigong practitioner and teacher, volunteer, backpacker, urban farmer, back yard beekeeper and speaker who provides free health seminars on a variety of subjects. She is tireless in her pursuits. She would like to continue to encourage others to enrich their lives and to find a healthy balance in life. To be the kind of advocate that others come to when in need and the person who will make a difference when it comes to healthy awareness. Molly brings a wealth of knowledge skills, talents and offerings to Ashland Holistic Health and we are deeply grateful to have her join the AHH circle.
